Team Training
- Open to recreational and high-performance weightlifters and individuals looking to train regularly with weightlifting movements for sports or fitness
- Focus on Snatch and Clean & Jerk as well as supplementary training for strength, fitness, mobility and recovery
- Previous experience with weightlifting movements required
- Please contact for team fees. Fees include individualized programming and coaching at team training and competitions
